2023 was a trip.  The imminent recession most of us predicted did not materialize and instead, inflation eased, growth is fine, volatility got smoked, and equities put up double-digit gains.

The NDX finished 2023 up +54%, its best year since 1999.

The explosive rally was driven by a multitude of factors, but most notably:
