Donald Trump wins the 2024 US Election.

BREAKING: Donald J. Trump has been elected the 47th President of the United States.

The Senate race has already been called in favor of Republicans with a minimum of 51 seats. The House of Representatives is a (closer) call, however, but latest odds from betting markets give Republicans ~80% odds of keeping control.

The big surprise here is Trump becoming the first Republican to win the popular vote in 20 years + Republicans have a real shot of getting up to 53 seats in the Senate.

So, what does Trump’s victory mean for markets?
