The Massive Week Ahead

A loaded slate of Earnings and FOMC meeting Weds headline a massive week ahead...

Last week, volatility returned to the market as the S&P 500 declined -0.8% and the Nasdaq fell -2.6%. 

The S&P 500 broke a streak of 356 consecutive trading days without experiencing a 1-day drop of -2% or more (the longest such streak since 2007).

Meanwhile, the Russell 2000 index of Small Caps gained +3.5% on the week, and has now closed the entire YTD performance gap. 

QQQ: +13.4% YTD

IWM: +12.3% YTD

It was a great end to the week for my Top Small Caps picks, with AEYE surging +38% on Friday following an outstanding earnings report.  Friday’s volume was an ATH for AEYE as the stock exploded higher.
